Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
